The diabetic meal plan is a nutritionally balanced diet designed for individuals with diabetes or those at risk of developing the condition. It is specifically tailored to manage blood sugar levels and promote overall health and well-being through healthy eating. The meal plan includes a variety of nutrient-dense foods such as non-starchy vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, low-fat dairy products, and healthy fats.
Breakfast – 300 to 350 KCAL
Lunch and Dinner – 400 to 480 KCAL
There will be two deliveries for the duration of this course. Delivery timing is 5pm - 10pm.
